Why I Love This Work
My love for this work started early, when I watched a senior state leader advocate for a policy using the very talking points I had written. The power of helping someone communicate with purpose lit a spark that has stayed with me for decades. That same thrill returns every time a client leads a new team with confidence, takes the stage for a town hall, or speaks up in a conversation that once felt overwhelming.What I love most? That moment when a client realizes, “I’ve got this.” We’ve done the prep, tamed the inner dragons, and now they’re not just ready—they’re proud.
